What is Omnnico-OS?
Omnnico-OS is a business management platform for service businesses. Behind it sits a set of automated systems that all communicate in one place: a 24/7 receptionist that answers every call and message, a diary that fills itself, staff rotas, card payments, a customer CRM and live numbers on one screen. Because every part talks to the next, a call becomes a booking, a booking becomes a payment and a payment becomes a number on your screen, with no admin in between. The sum is greater than the parts, and the automation is what makes it so. That's what the OS stands for in practice: operational simplicity. We build it around your business and set the whole thing up for you.
Is Omnnico-OS a CRM?
It includes one. Every customer's contact details and full visit history are recorded automatically and searchable from your dashboard — that's the CRM part. The difference is everything around it: where a CRM keeps the records, Omnnico-OS also answers your calls and messages, makes the bookings, takes the payments and runs your day. The CRM is one piece of a system that does the whole job.
Is the receptionist just ChatGPT in a wrapper?
No. AI does one job here: it reads what your customer is asking, and asks back when something needs clarifying — think of it as a translator that makes the system more versatile. Everything else — the availability check, the booking, the confirmation — is done by our own booking system. The AI doesn't make any decisions, so it can never go off course.
Will my customers know they're not talking to a person?
We don't hide it. The receptionist doesn't pretend to be a person, and if a customer asks, they get a straight answer. What it does is respond the moment a message lands — day or night — and turn that conversation into a confirmed booking. Anything it can't handle goes into your callback queue with the customer's details, ready for you to deal with personally.
What happens if it can't answer something?
It doesn't guess. The enquiry goes into your callback queue with the customer's details and what they asked, flagged and ready for you to call back. Nothing gets lost and nothing gets made up.
How much does it cost?
For barbershops: £200 a month, all in — the 24/7 receptionist, bookings, calendar, staff management, payments, analytics and the customer CRM. Your first month is £300, which includes a one-off £100 setup. No contracts.
Do I have to set anything up myself?
Very little — we handle 90% of it. We build the system around your business (your services, prices, staff and opening hours), get it live and working, and help you set up the rest in person. Your side is small: the sign-up forms, a quick test to make sure you're happy with how everything works, and a bit of training when we hand it over, with a how-to library on the way to back that up. We're with you from the first conversation to completely live, and always on hand after that. You're live within a week of saying yes.
Am I tied into a contract?
No contracts, no lock-in. And there's a 30-day money-back guarantee: run it for 30 days, and if it's not right for your business you get every penny back.
Which channels does it cover?
WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, SMS, phone calls and your own online booking link. Every channel lands in the same diary, so it doesn't matter where a customer finds you.
Do I need a website?
No — your own online booking link is included, ready to share on Instagram, Google or anywhere else. If you want a real website, we build those too, in two tiers: Establishing your presence, a 3-page site, and The true all-in-one solution, a 5-page site. Both are yours to keep — the full breakdown is on our websites page.
I already use a booking system — is switching a pain?
No, because we do the set-up, not you. Omnnico-OS replaces your current system rather than plugging into it — the 24/7 receptionist only works with our own booking system. Your services, prices, staff and hours are all built in before go-live, and we'll bring your existing bookings across too, even if that means entering them by hand. Moving over is a case of us building it and you checking it.
Who is Omnnico-OS for?
Barbershops, today — that's who the platform is built and priced for right now. Next we're expanding to salons, tattoo shops, nail shops, spas and med spas, and trades like electricians and plumbers — basically any service business that runs on bookings, each version shaped around how that trade actually works. And if your trade isn't listed yet, get in touch — we can always tailor it to your needs.
